To accommodate your mortgage loan request our Business Partners may require you to supply additional information which will be used in the standard underwriting and due diligence procedure normally performed in the credit granting process.  These may include accessing your credit file from the consumer credit reporting agencies, and verifying the validity of the information and documentation supplied by you.  MortgageInfoCanada.ca is taking special care to ensure that all of our Business Partners are properly licensed, and fully comply with federal and provincial privacy regulations.  MortgageInfoCanada.ca will retain your personal information for as long as we believe you are interested in our Services.  When you decide to engage our Service and request mortgage quotes through our website, you authorize us to share your information with our Business Partners, who will contact you through phone and/or e-mail.  You also authorize us to contact you from time to time to introduce our new products and services which are related to your original request, and we believe may be of interest to you.  If you wish to unsubscribe from that service, simply send an e-mail to us.  Please allow 5 business days to take you off our database.  Note: if you are receiving communications from any of our Business Partners, and wish to no longer receive it, you have to contact those companies individually.  MortgageInfoCanada.ca has no control over marketing efforts and initiatives of our Business Partners.
