MortgageInfoCanada.ca will then provide you with 12 mortgage quotes from different lenders. Quotes will include interest rates, both fixed and variable, and other general terms and conditions of the contract. |

If you are satisfied with the results you may proceed further by completing full application which will be assigned to a financial institution of your choice.
Within 24 hours of filling out a General Pre-Qualification Form you will be contacted by an authorized mortgage professional to assist you with the process.
